This is too daunting to read and review in its present form.
You need to break it into paragraphs with a space in between each, remembering each time a new speaker is introduced, the a new paragraph is required.

Thank you for the five stars - This is my first 'story' submission and the formatting takes a bit of getting used to doesn't it? I shall work on it and see what happens.
