This is great. Would loved to hear the girl who sings like Grace Slick. I am a big fan of all of the bands she was in over the years. Like were this story went.

I've been reading entries in this contest, and what is like about your entry - which only a couple of others ones seem to do - is take this entry a little further than the classic "first kiss." You did something in this entry that made it your own and made this entry stand out a bit. The words you used from the list stood out a bit more then. Good luck with your efforts and thanks for the post.

Actually, I think Puppy is a pretty good name.
Unless you're a thrash band, then Hamburger Puppy
would be more appropriate.

Well done, you managed to fit a story in such short shrift. Not sure I could do that...I needed about 150. And all the words of the prompt were managed creatively.
No spag issues caught my eye.

Sure, you've welcome. I do try the contests and it's weird they review very well but just don't get votes. I try to focus on enjoying the writing and these shorts are fun.
