This is a splendid read today and your presentation, picture, color choice and scribe is absolutely top drawer.

I have a an elephant I knitted in green on my bed, he has no tusks, no eyes and I call him Heffilump and I sometimes think about what he is thinking minus so many parts...so I understand about your lovely inspiration for this piece that sits in your car.

I was searching for your poem 'Seagulls' but settled on this one and love it. I enjoy your free writing style and 'Mo' is the perfect metaphor 'in a world gone mad.' I bought my girlfriend a similar stuffed ape only he's grey.

I love it! The picture and your color choice is excellent also. Your poem has great rhythm and flow. I love anything about animals, I'm sure most people do. This is a great little tribute to your "companion" and also a nice reflection on all the worries we have and how nice it would be if we were inanimate objects (or even a real orangutan) who has no such worries.
