An understandable 'rant' :} I take so many medications just to keep going that I have to be extremely careful not to lose track of them all! However, that aside, this is generally well written, with just a couple of spots I thought could be improved a tiny bit:
past down to them
->passed down to them
anything into your system, especially if we don't know what they are.

It scares me that I need to take so many pills which all have potentially harmful side-effects especially when combined. Nicely written. I hate the big drug companies, but need their overpriced, over advertised medications. Debbie
