Mystery Author. You definitely said a lot in such few short words. I could feel the pain, agony and emotion all in the ending. Loved it. Good job at writing without the "S". Good luck in the contest.

Great srory, no S's anywhere, and it's a very touching as well. You have everything setting, confict, and conclusion all within the required 50 words, and it a very enjoyable read. Again good story and good luck with the contest.

You certainly have a winner here ! This is an excellent entry for the Life Without The letter S writing prompt contest, and I'm sure it will be a strong contender in the competition. Within such brief words you've managed to present a very poignant story -and didn't use the letter "s" ! Very well done and good luck in the contest, my friend.

Very, very nice. The second reading showed me all that you had written between the lines. Most of the "s"-less stories I've read have been flip. Yours has substance. Good luck. Lee

Wow! Fantastic. I generally associate this contest with humour, but you have shown how well it can work on any level, with the necessary skill to do it.
Not only have you cleverly avoided the "s", but you have managed to do so within a tight, moving story.
I shall keep reading the entries, but I think I may have just found my winner.
(And I have a small bet with myself that I have sussed who you are, but time will tell...)

With such few words (and without the letter S) you paint a touching picture. He's gone and she's here with the fetus kicking in her womb. What can be more sad?
