This is the essence of how true love plays out and the gentle words that are at play in this composition help to create the imagery held in the reader's mind. The author's notes then cement the happiness pervasive throughout the story. Congratulations!

Oh my gosh! This is my favorite kind of story! True romance. The way Bill loves her even if she's handicapped makes it even more romantic because their just aren't many special men like that. :) I love it, Mastery!

Wonderful! This is and amazingly romantic story. I was especially touched by the fact that Lynie was in the wheel chair. That was a suprise, but a pleasant one. Glad I had the chance to read this one.

Very strong work, Bob. Two things stood out: the main character's emotion and the change he'd gone through because of love. First, the emotion was strong as shown through the narrator's explanation of events. Second, the change he'd gone through because of love as he mentioned things that would've bothered him before now doesn't because he is sacrificing for her. Well done.

Oh, how romantic!
I was so caught up in this story. What a loving man Bill was, and what a lucky wife Lynie will become. I love the tidbit about her wheelchair. They let nothing come between their love.

Writing this in first person made it strong and more emotional.

Suggestions:
I told you that, didn't I?" she said. (she asked.)

"I love you so much, and I always will. Will you marry me, Lynie?(")

with a smile on my face and a melody in my heart(.)

I enjoyed your story, Bob. :)

What a beautiful Valentine story!. It is wee-written. I have a question about the wheelchair, but maybe it is meant to be a mystery.

Your little story of a proposal was done well. The fact at the end that the woman was in a wheel chair was both a surprise and made the story even more special.

"Just that it was fancy. (Someplace) special."
