I enjoyed this very much. Very clever. So much truth here. Why is mankind so screwed up? On this earth of ours there should be no such thing as war or hunger or poverty. Humanity could solve it all in one day if we had the will and the way. The force of course is a metaphor for goodness, but is real.

I am glad that you think Yoda would be pleased. It is sad that we haven't solved the problems of hunger and poverty. War would be a little harder. But should be able to be done.

I read this first, I must admit, to determine if it was in Yoda-speak--then I re-read it a few times to enjoy the sentiment as well as the profound message. You have easily captured the root cause of all war and violence, that which lies in the heart or mindset of each man (woman) -we all have a choice, peace or violence, and far too often the wrong choice is made. Very enjoyable and certainly nothing to critique here.
