Hi Snodlander, just thought I would peruse the scifi offerings, as that is my genre at the moment, and I found your piece. I loved the interesting twist at the end. As intelligent as the aliens may be, they failed to grasp the male/female thing we have going on... loved it. Ray aka Krylon

Thank you Snodlander, this is an hilarious take on 'alien abduction'. I find everything in it well done. Dialogue, description and characterization.
I love the final part when the 'humans' wake up.
Really good

This is really funny! I enjoyed it so much I read it to my family so they could have a chuckle too. Your work is creative and I didn't see anything to change. Great job!

snodlander - I enjoy your brand of humor and the ending twist is a good one. If you don't understand a species reproductive cycle then you may not get the results you want. Well written and thanks for the laugh.

One suggestion:

We can only assume that very early () in the evolution of their planet(,) this mutation provided an evolutionary advantage, though what that might have been is beyond me."

Very funny. All males. Oh well, no reproduction in that group. Very well written, I found no errors except by the aliens. Nicely done.

This work has reached the exceptional level

I was hoping there would be all of one sex. Hilarious. Great story, I had to let my roommate read it because I literally laughed aloud... so did she.

I didn't see any spag and I loved the premise.

This was fun! The dialogue was smooth and entertaining. It took me a few moments to get the punchline, my fault-not yours;) But I got itand had a good laugh. Annelisa

Very unique story. This was fun to read and the conversation with the aliens kept my attention. I didn't quite get the ending, but I am sure I missed something. Good work.

The five humans selected to breed all had guy's names. The aliens didn't quite grasp the concept of sex. Sorry if it was a bit obscure.

Well duh! My bad. I enjoyed it even if I had a brain fart.

Splendid science fiction piece. A bit of advice -- whatever they do, do not let them capture Nadya Suleman. She could over-populate the colony in our lifetime. Not to mention burst the "it takes two" theory!

Is she the single mum of octuplets? How would she cope without her mum and sponsorship? I think we're safe.

Thanks for the review. Glad you liked it

Yep, she is the Octo-mom. Her parents may desert and turn the house over to mommie and 14 kids. She seems to be doing o.k. financially with all her personal appearances. Not sure who will be minding the kids while she is appearing before all the cameras. I think the girl is only 33 with 14 kids and no husband. Keep her away from your five guys who are starting the new civilization. She still has several years to bear children and your five guys might end up baby sitters.
