I enjoyed your free verse poem - it reminded me of Daylily's poetry about abused women finding strength to break their chains and move on. Jessica Wheeler is another poet who writes about depression and loss and finding one's way again.
I'm not suggesting this is all you write, but since it's all I've read, I thought I would suggest their work. It looks like you're new here.
