A very interesting post Tom, I think it is true that our brain cells slowly die and I am not surprised that when we are about to die our brain capacity has dwindled so much. I think this is natures way of slowing things down and making us less conscious of our death.
I think we don't always use our brain capacity wisely and we fill our head with needless worry at times. I think the comment: (A mind is a Terrible Thing to Waste) is so poignant and I think we should feed our mind like we feed our body with good food, our mind can be improved when filling it with good quality information and positive thoughts will then heal us completely.
