The love a child has for their mother is one of the most important subjects for poets to explore. The reason is that this love is so pure and connected. I really like your post here. In my opinion, it accomplishes everything a "good" poem is supposed to.

It'll be eleven years for Mom at the end of June, but there are still moments when I'll get choked up about her or wake up in tears--and for reasons, I don't remember other than the fact that she appeared in my dream. Loss is funny in that it heals but, at the same time, doesn't. Wow! That's cool. I'm in Clarksville. Small world, huh? Thank you again for reading. Take care. :D :D
