I find myself whitewater rafting over the cleverly designed undulations in your presentation of this! Life can be a turbulent ride! I like the sense of your poem, with the body fastened to the river of life, but when it reaches the sea, that is only one stage in the journey of the soul.

I like the movement of the rushing river of life and that the "soul moves on" - it could be moving to the rhythm of life. It could also be that the soul is moving to beyond this life.
