Hmmm... I'm not sure how much I believe that you and your magical mom had time to do all of this, but it does sound glorious! Back in the day - moms were so busy! Without all the conveniences we enjoy today, their days were full of back-breaking labor.

It's a true story. Sundays were wonderful with Mother and Daddy. I made up stories and acted them out. We played paper dolls, and board games.

It did kind of smack of that, but I didn't think that's what you intended. You must remember I was an only child, so I got all their attention. My mother could come up with fascinating and fun things to do, and my daddy was a hoot!

This is superb and something I do regularly. I love scrap booking and I pore over old photos for hours while I still have some sight left. I don't take that or my memory for granted. Precious!

I do have an attic but not one I can do up to and investigate. It is being used but unless you're in the physical shape of a special forces warrior chances are you won't be able to get into it. LOL Chances of me, not so much. I enjoyed reading your club entry and thank you for sharing.
