Fun topic idea! Very intriguing, including the parts about talking and that you have a "friend" in that world that's "looming" in the mirror. I'm wondering if it might be even more Twilight-Zone fun-like to have your "friend" seem to know what you're going to say right at the same time you say it:-) The ending "I'm starting to like you" is just perfect; love it!
A couple edits to consider making before the contest deadline:
1. Spelling of "refelction"
2. I'm not sure if there is a typo in the sentence or I just don't quite follow what you are trying to say: "I wonder what I will find--my friend who never talks of you who never offended me."
3. "I smile, and your smile back." I think you meant to type "you."

Thank you! I'm happy you enjoyed it. It's a whimsical and silly story I wanted to put out with this person thinking he has a friend inside a mirror. I have fixed the mistake and I hope that it makes sense now.
