Yes, life is a mixed bag of joy and sorrow and everything in-between, but the good in mankind does outweigh the bad. This uplifting poem reminds the reader that we must look for the light.

Seventy five years of writing has brought you a long way. You have an easy pace to follow and a clear message. There are parts I would have worded differently for rhythm but that is not a negative. You write with a poet's freedom and it shows well... and reads well. Nobody could ever rewrite your words because then it wouldn't be YOUR heart.

The author's words are positive, meaningful, have a message and are creative. I liked the author's second stanza "To climb the mountain we
must go". This was extremely meaningful to me. And when we do
climb it - it is stated in the last stanza. Thank you for a great poem!

Well written - and yes, inspiration must lead the way, coming from a vision of what is possible. Love compassion and peace are necessary accompaniments if one wants to live a happy and rewarding life.
