For me true love is forty eight years later, despite gray hair, missing teeth, pot bellies and occasional bouts of grumpiness, I still love her and she she is willing to put up with the petty annoyances that all couples suffer through. We are still together and are convinces that death and only death will separate us.

Your poem succinctly conveys a realistic message about love. People who expect to maintain the teenage starry-eyed sigh and fluttering heart as years pass aren't being realistic.

You have said a lot in your few words, and now I can only say a little in my few lines, so I'll just say I like this short poem very much because it has a lilting music to it and perfect rhymes and a rather realistic philosophy all wrapped into one. I think this a good entry for this contest, good luck. I think some people will completely disagree with you message. Other will absolutely agree. But the point of the contest is to write a short poem (14 words in this case) and make a point maybe even a little controversy is okay. That is exactly what you did. Good job.
