This is wonderful free verse that shows us that the night sky lit by a moon full moon can bring on memories of a person and lets us feel their presence in our hearts and minds. It can be a person far away or maybe one has died and either is magical.

A charming little lunar piece. You were lucky to see it. We have had too much cloud lately and I haven't seen October's moon at all yet. She is not known as the White Goddess for nothing a powerful Celtic deity.

Beautiful, romantic, and, yes, magical. I, too, stare at the moon and sky at times and wish my love was by my side. At times, I feel he knows and comes when I need him most. I loved the poem... but then I always do love the emotions you share with us.
