When it comes to lip service, the conservatives in Congress cannot be louder. When action that requires leadership and making choices that may be unpopular, they are sitting on their hands. Politicians who never do anything only talk when others do.

I didn't vote for him, I knew he was an idiot. Past activities had proved that to me. I couldn't believe it when he was picked to run for president, was floored when he was voted in. When are they going to boot him out of office? After he starts another civil war? Good Job, Brett. Nancy:)

Let me start with: I am not a Biden fan and have never been. I have never known him to be on the right side of anything other than promoting himself. However, with that being said, I find most of your findings comical. You are an intelligent person, so I know you don't honestly believe all the things you are saying. You're just using them to prove your points. I'm starting to think you should have been a politician, as you know all the tricks and are using them right now. Biden will sink his own ship and us along with him if given enough time, but I'm hoping one term and done doesn't give him time. Although, he has started in warp speed. The tidal waves of homicides, suicides, and runaway inflation started long before Biden took office, and weren't just in Democratically-run cities. I live in a hugely Republican state where all the negatives you speak of have been rampant. The pandemic had already destroyed the Trump stock-market gains, ruined the economy, and gave greedy sellers the opportunity to rob our citizens with inflated pricing. Not one of the examples you have used was put into place by Biden except this Afghanistan fiasco that is all his fault, and was done against advisor's warnings. And should be enough in itself to sink his presidency. I'd like to ramble on, but I know you are just pulling people's chains to get a reaction. And you have. LOL. Biden surely won't do anything to help America, but in truth, neither will any other president until the Democrats and Republicans learn to work together for the good of the people. We are definitely a country divided, which will make us fall. I'm sure China, Russia, and Iran are celebrating our ignorance.

Biden must shoulder the bulk of what happened in Afghanistan. But add Trump, Obama, and even Bush into the equation. Each of them must share part of the blame for what happened as well. Would be good if the U.S. had a qualified candidate, on either side of the aisle to be President. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be one handy. Although I will never support Biden, the best we can hope for is one term served in its entirety as I believe if Harris ever assumed the office that would be even worse than the situation is now. Appreciate the review.

Hi Brett Matthew West,

Excellent! You put it succinctly and accurately. My tears were rolling as I read ... for sadness and anger. How was such incompetence elected? Biden is a puppet of the Left. All the idiots that put him in the Presidency are running the country. And behold the Dumpster Fire!

You got every point right. Mid term elections may change the House and Senate a tad, we can always hope... but where are the Republicans or the Right that seems baffled or asleep. They don't march in lockstep like the Left. I'm not sure they even carry a tune.

You are right about Thomas Sowell's perfect quote:

"It is hard to imagine a more stupid or dangerous way of making decisions than by putting those decisions in the hands of people who pay no price for being wrong."

I have been a fan of Sowell's for decades.

This past six months has been a theater of missteps- one after another. It almost looks like the mistakes are on purpose to accelerate the demise of our country.

All the best,
Senyai

Though I disagree with your piece, it was adequately and competently conveyed. The issue is with your premise: Biden does not feel the consequences of his actions and therefore his decisions are not thought out properly. Well, this can be applied to virtually every politician on both sides of the aisle and to single Biden out does not seem like a fully fleshed out piece.

You said a mouthful when you stated "every politician on both sides of the aisle." Perhaps a larger problem looms in that there does not seem to be a well qualified candidate out there. Maybe one will arise soon. Only time will tell.

I certainly agree that we are deeply divided as a country and our future is uncertain. I've noticed that Biden's approval ratings are falling, so maybe that means people are beginning to wake up to what's going on. You give some excellent examples of what's been going on, such as inflations, the border crisis, and the increase in crime in many of our large cities. I certainly feel the increased prices when I buy gasoline. We can only hope change will come with the midterm elections. Excellent and well thought out presentation. judi

You're welcome. I just heard on the radio if the election of 2020 were held today, that Trump would win, after all Biden's debacles. judi

Brett,

You are 100% right on every point. Except for the last one. The bankers, tech giants and other benefactors of crony capitalism are all doing just fine, despite their status as citizens.

More disturbing than all the things you mention is the marriage of school, government and "the woke." And it's all tidied up with grant money. We have become a nation of sheep. Question masking and you are a potential terrorist. And they will go first after little old ladies like me -- to really put the fear of the state into everyone.

This deserves a six, but I'm trying to save one just in case I encounter an over-the-top, great write.

Sue

Spot on, once again. I'm still reeling from the Afghanistan fiasco. Now that we are putting it all together and taking a long look, it's undeniable the damage he's done in a few months. Americans should be demanding his resignation and calling for impeachment. But as you said earlier, Kamala Harris is Biden's job security because she's so ill-equipped to be a leader and do any good at the border. A frightening concept as many are hurt, murdered and exploited at this point. Did you see the plea from the female mayor of Kabul? Dolly's poems has it on her portfolio today. It's exceptionally good. Check it out.
Sending you my best today as always,
Sally :))

AMEN!!!

However, since Biden took office polls continue to indicate voters across the spectrum, be they Democrats, Republicans, or Independents alike, are waking up to the scam Biden ran on. Is it too late for America? (The way I see it, is that the only hope we have is the 2022 election and we get control of the House and Senate. Then they can't pass these stupid things through.)

Try to the tune of about 178,400 monthly. (In July the number was 217,000 and at least a quarter were COVID positive)

That is a touchy subject but it does open my eyes a little further but we can not blame the president for some of these things you are talking about after all he can not physically go out there and stop the riots or make the people stop killing. Everyone has their own opinion Thank you for sharing yours
