Hi Roy,
I've noticed quite a few posts "For Karenina ...you are". I didn't know she had a bad accident. Can you fill me in? Your poem here will definitely put a big smile on her face. When did this happen? She must be slowly recovering, because I received a review from her just last night. I hope so anyway.
My favorite verse,
"Get well real soon, and this I'll croon,
you're needed on this site.
So we'll all sing, and we will bring
a song to heal your plight."
When I was in Grade 3 or 4, I was laid up with some kind of strange virus. Our class was was almost ready to present a musical at school, "Buttons & Bows". And I was supposed to be in the play. To my great surprise, the whole class made up "Get Well" cards for me. It was so special, and I know they helped me get better. I wish I still had them, but over the years... well, you know. Karenina will be some happy for all the well wishes, I'm sure.

Yes, she was in a motor car accident where she broke some vertebrae, and with some nerve damage she can?t really write, her dear daughter Jess, is ghost reviewing for her, she?s got a couple of other nasty problems too, bless you for these lovely words and review, blessings Roy

Your words are encouraging and show how much Karenina is loved and missed here. "And drink from heaven's stream" is a wonderful line that shows how we are nourished by God. Excellent poem that makes the reader feel good.

I am overwhelmed. This is beautiful and joyful and promising and full of faith and hope... All the right doses of "medicine" any gal could hope for in order to overcome the trials of the moment and come back strong! How wonderfully "you" this is! Faith is bursting from the seams! I did not know what happened to Karenina. I had read some of the entries in this multi-author book but only knew she was off-site for a while. I am so glad to hear she is recovering and has her daughter to deal with her correspondence. This is a lovely tribute to your friend.
