I thought you did a great job with this heart to heart talk between Gabriel and Katherine, as they sit over coffee in the kitchen. The down home atmosphere really makes it a scene that is so familiar to all of us that we can see ourselves there easily. And we have some great interplay between them in this dialogue, as they dance around their attraction for each other, the tensions between them, the jealousy Katherine feels and the need for Gabriel to explain, to get back into her good graces. The tearful apology by her at the end closes the scene perfectly and sets us up to move forward to the next level in the relationship. estory

Great chapter! Really glad that they have now cleared the air, and are ready to move forward. Gabe seems very sincere and honest, and he is trying hard to encourage Katherine and build up her self esteem. I am looking forward to seeing what transpires next, as I am sure life won't continue smoothly for them from now on. Something will happen. Looking forward to the next!

"Because she's younger, prettier, and doesn't have a lot of extra baggage. She's a lot of things I'm not. You're used to being with beautiful models with perfect figures, make-up, and hair." It's going to be impossible for them to take it slow with all the Gabriel kisses and now telling her how sexier Katherine is. Whew! I'm glad there was a lot of dialogue. It's a great way to keep the story interesting and moving. Great chapter.
