Isla, I'm praying that you will visit your mom this year....the vaccine will be safe so you can be around others that have had the vaccine as well. It is better here everyday..at least there is confidence so we can go places again.

With your usual entertaining writing style, I see that you are going back for your 2nd shot. I also see you're going to get it in your left winggie. Just think, after you've done that, you will be free as a bird. Enjoy your visit.

I kind of got my shot for the same reason. Not so much for myself, because I have faith that Jesus will spare me, and has spared me for the whole epidemic. I worked in a supermarket through the whole thing and never got sick. But the faithless world, the commercial world, that doesn't believe in God, will require this vaccine to take part in the world. That's kind of why I got it. Keep the faith, and just like God got you through the virus, he will get through the vaccination. Don't panic. My second shot of Pfizer was a breeze. less side effects than the first time. So far two weeks after the second shot I am fine. you will be too. estory

Iza, I don't know whether to laugh or cry at this. I know you write with wit and sarcasm, but I'm never sure if you are sharing your real feelings. If you are, I'm glad that you will get the second shot and win a trip to see your mother. I'm sorry that you so strongly believe that you might die or become seriously ill from it. In this case, the benefits far outweigh the risks. Your mother will be so glad to see you.

I do understand. I'm not a fan of the vaccinations myself, but I want to see my mom, again two years, and I want to see my grandchildren. A granddaughter was born July 29th, 2020 and I've not seen her. She will be a year old before I get to hold her. I do understand.

I like your style of writing. Your personality shows though. You are fun-loving and opinionated and believe in allowing you true self to show through, to heck with what anyone else thinks about it. Maybe, I'm wrong. You'll have to tell me. After thinking about it, I overcame my aversion to vaccines and decided after being exposed twice by my children, that the third time I might actually come down with something. They may have put in a placebo into my arm, because I felt nothing either time, but now I've discarded my mask and gone back to life as I once knew it.

I'm not sure what your problem is Iza, but your odds of winning the lottery are better than something happening as a result of the vaccine being administered, don't believe what the social media say, I don't think they've ever been right, well done, blessings Roy
