You'll be just fine.....variants are calming down; especially in the states. I am thankful that some things are returning to normal although we still have to be careful because the age of 12 and under are not qualified yet for vaccination.

Disappointed that I haven't ran across any your posts lately, my stumbling on this one was a pleasant surprise. I've known a few people to get a runny nose, headache, slight temperature, and some congestion from Modera vaccines. But, the alternative of not getting the shots is much worse, and even permanent. So, glad you're vaccinated and soon on the mend. :-)

You did a good job, Iza, describing the events and your reaction to the vaccine shoit. I hope you are feeling better today. It is a serious issue for ll whether to vaccine or not.
May I suggest ~

After I got my first jab anti-Coronella yesterday(add a comma then start with I slept. . . ) and slept through the day. I woke up today with a running nose, cough, and (uncontrolled sneezing) sneezing pattern.

Yup, I'm in self-isolation for 48 hours(,) and if the symptoms persist(,) I have to do that horrible Coronella test.

They are saying that before we feel better, we must feel worse. So don't look at me(,) my eyes are watery and my nose is a nice replica of
Rudolph(Rudolph's) beacon. So,(delete so start If Rudolph .. . .) if Rudolph is out of business around Christmas, you know who to call!

So(delete so Unfortuantely, I am . . ) I am exposed for a least a week to any kind of variants. Now, everything is in God's hands.
Thanks for sharing.
Respectfully, Jan

I'm glad you got your shot, but sorry you are not feeling well. I trust you will not have to take the test, and that you don't get any sicker. It seems that there can be a lot of side effects to the shots.

Please keep me posted. I have the same symptoms, but mine are the honest to goodness allergies. Texas is well known for them. LOL I've had them all 15 years I've lived here, never before. I'll say a prayer.

Vaccines have never been rushed through testing with the speed that these ones were, so there are almost bound to be some long-term or side effects. What I find the most worrying is that efficacity was based on a 1st jab at T0 then a 2nd jab 3 weeks later, whereas now the protocoles have changed for purely technical reasons to 2 or 3 months between jabs depending what country you are in. I have even heard rumours of a 1st jab being vaccine A whilst the second is vaccine B. This is not good science.

I'm sorry that you're having those side-effects. I know that sometimes the flu virus can have adverse reactions. I guess I'm in the minority because I've yet to get the shot and don't know that I will. If we weren't in such a politically charged environment, I would probably consider it. As it is, I find that in the most liberal states where lock downs and a push to get the vaccine are the normal, there seems to be much more illness and death. I've never avoided having a vaccine before, but I don't trust the advertising that this one is getting and I certainly don't trust our present government or Billy Boy Gates. Hope you recover soon.
Blessings.

Tom

Hi Tom I am with you on this one, I don't trust this vaccine either, but I was forced to do it because of my work. When I took the jab, I asked God to protect me, I know is silly but I think God will help me and keep me way from the evil

This type of vaccine would illicit a resonse like this. It is embeded with a genetic code of the virus and trying to train your body to react to this unknown code and a reaction like this is normal. I think the second dose is supposed to create a stronger reaction. I took the Pfizer vaccine and all I had after one shot was a sore arm for about a day. Shot two comes in two weeks. estory

Good luck with your second shot and I hope it will give you the liberty of travelling and let go of that horrible mask.

My daughter got her second shot on Wednesday. She called yesterday to say I love you in case I die today... she has never hurt so much or vomited so much... even when she was pregnant. She is still home sick today. I'm having second thoughts about that shot. LOL Smiles, Carol

I am not the one to tell you to be brave, as you know I am scared of needles and if I had a choice I will not take this stupid shot because I don't believe is the almighty cure.

I'm still glad you got the shot, Iza. Some of us have side affects, and I wondered too if the muscle pain I suffered was because I haven't had any shots in years either. But they were gone within 24 hours. No regrets. Take care.
