This is a fine piece of poetry dear anonymous! The only problem i have with it is the word 'stuff'. I would just say 'that is a present moment'. Or something like that.

Rebekka, thanks but I needed to be correct in the syllable count. And anything outside of the present moment, for me, is just stiff LOL

I can't think of a better-focused ending.
"Present moment stuff" speaks volumes and speaks for several spiritual teachings. Bravo/Brava! as the case may be.
The photo is qute special.
I'm not sure if "To just pause" or
"Just to pause" is better. I generally think starting with a preposition is weaker.
