RE: Feud
I admit to throwing the Revelation verse in there just to see how you would handle it. I think you are avoiding part of the Ecclesiastics passage about providing inheritance, which is a recurring biblical theme. A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children, while the wealth of a sinner is stored up for the righteous. The wife of noble character considers a field and buys it, and plants a vineyard from her earnings.
Yes, what Trump is doing is greed, and it is actually worse than what is described in the Bible. He is putting the grain of others into his warehouses. Nowhere ever have I ever condoned Trump's private amassing of wealth through conning people and taxpayers.
However, that is not what we were talking about. Selling everything that one has and giving it to the poor is not really a recurring theme in the Bible. What is there instead is a firm command to remember the poor and to treat foreigners with hospitality. This is general advice though, and does not account for an invasion of 10 million people demanding all at once to be let through a border and overwhelming the resources of border states.
What is happening now seems to be a series of overreactions to previous overreactions, ad infinitum. Anyone with half a brain understands that banning all international students is ridiculous. So was playing catch and release at the border. California is providing all sorts of benefits to illegal immigrants. Someone is paying for all that. You can come into California and have a baby for free, and it will automatically become a citizen. Sounds like a pretty sweet deal. Citizenship on demand is not in the Bible.
RE: Feud
More insight into some things that might have caused the Trump/Musk feud. Musk meanwhile has expressed some regrets, and some fence mending is likely in the future if the two can keep lesser power brokers from getting between them.
