When you said you’d love me forever, why did I believe you? When you said you had to ‘work late’, why did I believe you? When you were late night after night, I said it didn’t matter. When I said it didn’t matter, why did you believe me? When you hit me, then said you were sorry, why did I believe you? You said it wouldn’t happen again. I don’t believe you.
