I want someone always to care,
one who will always be there,
to offer hugs, with rubs through my hair,
or a slight tug out of my chair.
Don't like frequent changing moods,
sometimes pleasant, sometimes rude.
Can't deal with flippant attitudes;
rather feel that I can count on you.
I need holding through the scary night,
as my dreams give me a leery fright.
Someone always to care,
one who'll always be there.
Is that asking too much--
for your sweet tender touch?
Your changing moods give me the blues...

Author Notes
This is about the changing moods of the Aides who take care of me at the nursing home. It also goes deeper, as my mom was moody and unpredictable with her care for me when I was young.
I am open for suggestions if you see something which needs improving.
Thanks for reading.
