I once was down and so alone
Tried it on my own
But then Jesus came to me
He held me gently
and said, "Follow me and see
transformation come".
What He said was true
He picked me up, carried me
to a better place
He's faithful and just
And in His word you can trust
We are not alone

This is a very true 5-7-5 poem about my life before and after I trusted in the Lord, Jesus Christ. Everything is not always easy, but with Him by my side I can make it. He never leaves us nor forsakes us, I know that is so true. He changed my heart, mind and soul. I ask Him to work on me every day.
