When seeking truth, watch out my friend,
be certain you've found wealth.
For anxious hearts have been deceived,
by riches sold by stealth.
Men's hearts are like a bleeding wound,
that seek to satisfy.
Who you think friend could well be foe.
Watch out with whom you fly.
A silver tongue can lure a child
to eat a poisoned sweet,
For you may find you are deceived --
be led to life's defeat,.
When Satan spoke to Eve he said,
"Your God has lied to you,"
"He does not want you wise as Him."
She paid deception's due.

Satan tempted Eve first by telling her that God had lied to her by telling her that If she ate the fruit she would know as much as God. Then we can't possibly know as much as HimFirstly God cannot lie,
Numbers 23:19A "God is not a man that He should lie." So she was tempted and fell, and persuaded Adam to do the same, and they took us all with them, But then Christ rescued mankind by dying on the cross/
