Warning: The author has noted that this contains the highest level of language. Sinking in the black matter I start thinking about my life. I knew there was always a fragile balance between Good and Evil. In my time of need the Angels were by my side: - Are you ready? Said Blackie. - She is not, said Whittie. - You think her soul matters? - It does to God. - Yet, here she pays for her sins. - She is here because she made a choice. Sometimes you must burn. - That's a fucked up Phoenix Concept. - God gave each of them a sparkle and depends on their choices if the sparkle will become a Soul, or will just die. - Her sparkle is the Soul she is fighting to preserve. She made a bad choice, and she had to go through the black matter ordeal to rekindle that sparkle. She didn't give up, she repented and now she is back. Writing Prompt In under 150 words, define a "soul." You may write poetry or prose. Author Notes I am using the dialogue signs instead of quotation marks. Thank you for reading. The black matter is the repentance land, where sometimes we land to start a fresh.
