He wore a cassock
'n lived in the house of our Lord.
His manners were gentle and kind,
seemed he really had the children's well-being in mind.
He preached the word of God
yet practice it, he did not.
He went about his sinister ways
preying on the vulnerable and innocent;
a predator who committed rape,
moved among the faithful like a snake.
Only years later did his lies buried him alive
a monster, a child molester, in disguise.

Author Notes
Those priests that exploited the trust parents and children had in them are, in my opinion, the worse kind of monsters......and the Vatican that chose to ignore their criminal conduct for decades is no better.
