I
confide
age resides
in my aching
bones, I see no upside!
What cause can it be, my quaking?
Liken to fingers on chalkboard scraping.
Do I risk this pill or just let it go awry?
Let this pain be; while I to living cling
The gym, it will be my last fling!
I take the aches in stride
loving with zing
with my pride
inside!
.....sigh
