Thanks to Snapdragon for the artwork. Some people are thinking that the immigrants new to Canada do not respect this country because they don't wear a poppy.
Maybe they just do not fully understand how powerful this poppy is to Canadians.
Makes me think when I was in Zanzibar which is almost totally Muslim. Once I learned to greet with "a salaam alaikum" I was welcomed in every shop and home like a daughter.
