Tanka (wild bird contestants)

wild bird contestants
stab red apples with sharp claws
floating in the air
they dance atop the ripe fruit
the first to reach green grass wins
|

First of a new series of paintings called Dancing Nature. Painting by me called Apple Dancers which is oil on canvas.
