Leaves yellow orange, red. Folks sing while sipping vin brule. Time to feast on roasted chestnuts, sausage ragù, cheesy polenta 'n mushroom risotto Author Notes I didn't make the 2,2,6,6,2,2,2, contest but I still decided to share. This Autumn festival is a yearly event to celebrate harvest time (grapes etc) and chestnut season. I added this one by Ramsay because he gives an alternative to chestnuts...it looks enticing.
