I met you when my life stood still
consuming time no thought in mind
you cleared the clouds with every stride
that brought you close for me to find
it took me time to understand
the best in life must be grown
and love will grow in endless time
so precious now together we own
we'll walk as one our path now found
with direction from the clouds above
they parted ways to help us join
two hearts alone to find one love
every second of the minute, everyday
the years have passed yet time sustains
a perfect balance that guides our hearts
with steady hands true love remains
