I had hoped to find some common ground, a
level playing field where reason & intellect
could civilly meet & become the major players
in the back & forth mental ping-pong shuffle of
might verses right against a backdrop of insanity.
"Am I losing my mind with you?" I say, as I try again
to explain this for the gazillionth time. "Well actually, yes."
Yes now that you mention it, yes you most definitely &
unequivocally are. So, can you now see what you have
been doing all along? Attempting to be on top, attempting
to be brightest, with no regard to whom you are addressing
your pedantic insults which have no place in a work place.
Where is your common sense or shame in this sin & charge?
Have you not gotten over the fact that you could not handle
being a supervisor of people because of your caustic nature &
over-ballooned ego? Patience, not like or dislike, not emotion
or feeling, is the key to being fair, reliable, & a personable sup!

Sometimes itâ??s just in an employeeâ??s work life-cycle to get a supervisor who has no personal skills, relentless, unmerciful, & uncompassionate, especially if they no longer are themselves a supervisor & back in the work-force.
Life has a way of reversing the tables.
