In my dream, I've traveled
Beyond the clouds,
Far from the earth
And it's noisy crowds,
I've seen the changing of the guard
Between the moon and sun,
been close enough to watch
The Milky way run.
I've ridden the tails
of shooting stars,
walked on the surface
Of Jupiter and Mars
I've been to Valhalla,
Talked to God,
walked on paths
Where Angels have trod.
I've gone beyond the limits
Of mortal men,
dangled my feet
Off the rainbow's bend.
I've been to all these places,
So it would seem,
I'd be no place
Without my dream.
