Author Notes
This morning, Rebecca (our 8yr old daughter) asked me if I would make a boomerang for after lunch.
When I asked her what she meant, she said "that delicious pudding with the chocolate eggs."
So glad she didn't want me to make a stick that comes back when you throw it!
This dessert (pictured and hand made with love by moi, this morning) will now forever be known as 'Boom Meringue!"
