The poem is inspired by an Italian saying :
fidarsi e ' bene ma non fidarsi e ' meglio
which means :
to trust is good but to not trust is better..(I don't think there is such a saying in English )
The title is not much but I ran out of ideas ...and the deadline was around the corner.
