Killer Kisser by Deniz22 100 Word Flash Fiction contest entry |
It was so strange! I was a spy for the good guys with the bad guys hot on my trail as I ran through the station. Desperate, I saw a beautiful young woman I had earlier spotted on the train, lounging in a shadowy area. I ran to her. "My life depends on me kissing you!" I embraced her and kissed her, as my would-be killers ran by. For a moment, we were Bogie and Bacall, Casablanca relived. We've been married for sixty-five years today, and she still doesn't believe my story. "Here's looking at you, kid! Too late now!"
