THAT SPECIAL FOMENT
The conclusion you've drawn is rather abstract
Your sensitivity is coerced in an immersion of guilt
But what of the herring?
My life is now circumvented by this sea of convolution
I awaken to another format, another poetic rhyme scheme
My syllabic count has been 'metered' and 'metred'
We are but lost in translation
Our friendship is but a mute button away
This paradigm of cross sectional analysis is merely an hypothesis
Whoa is me! whoa is me!
I am stuck in this oblivion of wasted time and space
For I am but a writer of complete excrement
No cryptic, metaphoric explanation is required
The English language is an ass
Take from it what you will
Cut and paste your cordial reply
For I am but a slave to 'the system'
Never to be released
No cliche or subliminal explanation do we seek
Life is a hill, go climb it. Life is an ocean, go swim it
This special foment I will foment for now
But tomorrow is another day
For what of the platypus?
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
Interpretation is in the brain of the reader
For what is genius? A white spot on a completely black canvas?
Art and poetry share a common thread
Interwoven by one's interpretation
Fomenting is such a great pastime!
