Birds doing acrobatics in clear skies.
Temperatures are on the rise.
The grass and trees begin to green.
People that were hibernating are now
seen.
As Mother Nature gives birth, life
decorates the earth.
Young and old dream of splashing
in water that's cold, sipping iced tea
at the beach, for the moment it all
seems so out of reach.
The hotter each day grows, everyone
waiting to bask in the sun, is grateful
when the race is won.
