Life flows along with time
Searching for the bends to chime
Each move finds the best course
Where resistance gives to the source
With the passing of the years
Life finds so many curves
Where are the dreams of old
Lying now in beds so cold
Dreams of early years
Now are cast along the sides
Forming dams from fallen limbs
While life flows on again
Dreams renewed with hope
As the river of life copes
What will the future bring
Lies in the next bend of the stream
