I was born in Mississippi; the middle girl and brought to Texas at five. Dad was a rough and tumble Alabama boy and mom a Southern lady. I dated the same boy from the ninth grade until graduation at seventeen. We got married when I graduated. Two boys and eight years later we were divorced. I went a little crazy after the divorce and began dating different men and partying wild. I met him in a dancehall. He had three children and I had my boys. We put them together and the roller coaster began. During our marriage, I went back to college and got my RN degree. Retired three years ago from nursing. We've been riding this wild ride for 44 years February 28th. Writing Prompt Write the entire story of your life in no more than 150 words. You can be experimental, creative, funny, serious, provocative, reflective, whatever style you best feel represents your life. You must write about your entire life, not just a moment of it. No poetry (too easy). No fiction (YOUR life), although metaphors are acceptable so long as they are directly interpretable to be about your life.
