I sit at my computer in my tiny attic study on this mid January night. The mercury is falling rapidly, now -1celsius. My pine scented candle flickers in its antique candleholder. Through the window, I can see frost already forming on the car windshield. An urban fox scurries along the footpath. A sliver of moon hangs in the sky.
