A child's question
Why don't monsters die by kahpot
Artwork by Renate-Bertodi at FanArtReview.com

looks in a mirror image unknown
distant reflection she can not own
taken by force while not yet strong
left with a life too hard to belong
hope and trust were ripped apart
leaving a child no future to start
from when the trauma had begun
for all her memories roll into one
****
it was me beneath your sinful way
you punctured me without my say
****
can't replace my thoughts of shame
deeper, they grow than fear or pain
fought for years to clean my past
few had seen in but did not last
no future for me I can't see outside
this heart of shame I keep and hide
you raped my body scarred my mind
and left your presence for all to find
****
you left me the world dark and cold
no chance of freedom growing old
****
your mind's not right I do not care
the laws and courts must be aware
my life you ended yours must too
some time away won't castrate you
a coward's manhood still has to feed
a permanent solution will stop the need
to create more thoughts such as mine
that monsters survive throughout time
****
judgment I give without reserve
no longer a life do you deserve

Author Notes
What I believe after a friend told me of their ordeal and their thoughts of existence knowing these ******** walk their streets freer than the victim
