Wednesday is my tecchie fast day. The sun streams through my window. No pings or bleeps will assail my ears today. I relish my croissant and cafe. I open a copy of Moby Dick and lose myself in the tale. Later I don my walking boots, and walk among the trees in the park. Home again, I relish the stillness. A neighbour drops by to use my phone. Like a good, modern day monk, I renounce my penitential practice ! Writing Prompt In 100 words, or less, describe a typical day in your life.
