The tightness
Squeezing your shoulders
And the back of your neck
Why
There were no thoughts provoking it
No stress that you were aware of
No incident
Tightness just tightness
Relax
Breathe --- deep --- and --- slowly ---
Again --- and --- again ---
Until it ebbs away
You smile
