a ray of light penetrates the clouds
and bathes the earth in color
One last grand finale
just before the curtain
closes
As twilight descends upon our corner
of the world it brings the promise
of rest and rejuvenation
May the sunset of life
echo the beauty of the evening sky
as light gives way to
night
Beyond the setting sun a new day waits
Refreshed the spirit is unleashed
awakening the artist in our souls
With the brilliance of daybreak
we arise refreshed to greet
the grandeur of a new
dawn
