Frozen iciness of winters deep slumber
Fingers of warmth stir to wakefulness
Inhale and exhale heated breaths of sun
Life awakens to begin anew
Dormant arousal stimulates renewal
A time clock begins to tick, tock, tick
Buds burst regaled in flowering adornments
Trees leave crowned in green glory
Birds welcome the new season in burst of song
Animals groom fur and feathered sparks the mating dance
Insects rub, click, buzz and hum attuned to keep time
Fish splash, reptiles slither, frogs croak and drums its beat
Earths cycle of the season riots spectacular displays
Wild, noisy and energetic behaviors attuned to living
Life's restoration is bursting to regenerate old to new
This phase of sequential events restructures plans
In a window of time called Spring
